Applying for Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment Application

To apply for our Dual Enrollment Program, please print the application by downloading the application and mailing it to:

*Please include an up to date copy of your High School Transcript.  Only applicants with a 3.0 GPA or higher will be considered.

You will also need to attend one of our Dual-Enrollment information/registration sessions on one of the following dates. Please choose one of the dates that pertain to your enrollment term.  If you plan on registering for classes, the Admissions Office must receive your application 5 days prior to the session you attend.  Students that apply in person will not be eligable to register that day and will need to attend a future information/registration day.

Spring 2013 - October 16th, November 6th, November 20th

Summer/Fall 2013 - April 9th, April 30th, May 14th

2:00  - Check in at the Hayes Ministry Center

2:05 - Informational Meeting

2:45 - Campus Tour

3:30 - Register for Classes
