Prohibited Activities

All University employees, officers, and agents are banned from the following activities:

  • Revenue sharing arrangements
  • Receiving gifts
  • Contracting arrangements
  • Steering borrowers to particular lenders
  • Refusal to certify or delay of certification based upon choice of lender
  • Offer of funds for private loans
  • Staffing assistance
  • Advisory board compensation
