2012 Exhibitor Information

EXHIBIT BOOTH INFORMATION

As an exhibitor of the 2012 Christian Worldview Conference at North Greenville University, you will be provided with exposure to over 2,000 students. We welcome any exhibitor to contact us if you are interested in becoming an exhibitor for this event. We look forward to working with you and introducing you to our students!

Exhibitors will be responsible for bringing their own brochures, posters, and any other promotional items for display. Exhibitors will be solely responsible for the set up and tear down of their own booth.

Display Time/Location:

Exhibitor tables may be displayed during the following dates and times:

March 19^th 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM EST

March 20^th 7:00 - 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 5:00 - 7:00 PM EST

March 21^st 7:00 - 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM EST

Exhibitor Registration will take place in the Todd Dining Hall lobby on North Greenville University's campus on Monday, March 19^th from 10:00 - 11:00 AM EST. Exhibitors are free to open and close their booths at their discretion for the duration of the conference within the said hours of operation. Exhibitor booths will be located at the campus of North Greenville University at 7801 N. Tigerville Road, Tigerville, SC 29688. If Exhibitors have questions concerning directions to the campus, a campus operator can be reached at (864) 977-7000.

Exhibitor Booths will be $125.00 per table. This includes the table, space, and seating.

To reserve your booth, SIGN UP HERE no later than March 1^st. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 USD is required no later than March 1^st. Payment must be received in full by March 19^th upon arrival to the university. Acceptable methods of payment include Cash or Check. If a check is returned due to lack of funds or other Exhibitor account issue by our banking establishment, the Exhibitor is responsible for all associated fees.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL EXHIBITORS TO HAVE A DRAWING FROM THEIR BOOTH ON THE DISPLAY DAY(S) FOR PARTICIPANTS TO HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN A FREE GIFT!!!
