Encounter Day

Encounter Days are a great way for students to get a brief "Encounter" with NGU. Students have the opportunity to tour the campus, hear from our President, meet our professors, have lunch in the dining hall, talk with our Admissions Staff, and hang out with our students.

Dates for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 Encounter Days:

September 22nd (Football game)                         March 23rd

October 20th (Homecoming)

November 10th

8:30 am-9:00 am: Registration - Lobby of Turner Chapel

9:00 am-9:20 am: Welcome to NGU!!!- Turner Chapel

9:25 am-10:10 am: Careers, Clubs, and Coffee - Todd Dining Hall

10:15 am-10:45 am: Joining the Crusader Family -

For the Parents – Financial Aid Seminar - Turner Chapel

For the Students – Get a feel for Campus Life - Hamlin Recital Hall

10:50 am-11:40 am: President's Remarks and Wrap-up - Turner Chapel

11:30 am-12:15 pm: Tour the Possibilities - Campus Tours with Campus Ambassadors

12:15-1:30 pm:  Lunch on Us! - Todd Dining Hall

If you're unable to attend an upcoming Encounter Day, you might want to check out Sneak Preview. This is an overnight visit where you get to stay the night in a dorm, go to classes specific to your major, and really get the opportunity to see what it's like to be an NGU Crusader!
