Help DeskThe ITS Help Desk exits primarily to ensure uninterrupted internet access on campus. As part of our desire to serve our students, faculty and staff in a Christ-like manner, we also provide minor support on PCs and MACs. You can enlist our services by:
After Hours Call SupportFaculty/ Staff Students
If you experience any of the following problems after hours (weeknights 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. and weekends from Friday noon through 8 a.m. Monday), report them to your RA or to Student Services at 977-7121:
Individual outages will be addressed during business hours. Reports of individual outages should be made by calling the Help Desk at 977-7272 or by emailing helpdesk@ngu.edu if possible.
