Residence Halls - $2.5 Million

Based on the past nineteen years, we are cautiously optimistic that North Greenville will continue to grow. Through ongoing planning and stewardship of available resources housing needs have been met in creative ways. The use of refurbished houses, either given to us or purchased, has allowed us to avoid the higher cost of building larger traditional dorms. Our current plans are to build two, seventy-two bed residence halls at an estimated cost of $1.25 million each.
