Martin Hall is the newest residence hall on the North Greenville University campus. This residence hall was completed in 2008 and houses seventy-two female residents. The financing for this two story residence hall was provided by Charles and Lula Martin. This newly built residence hall has a large furnished common area, study area, and laundry facilities in the hall. The rooms in this residence hall are suite-style with two rooms adjoined by a bathroom. Martin Hall has one floor style with a floor space of 15 x 12 feet. The room has regular-length twin mattresses and 36-inch blinds. This residence hall, like all female residence halls, has magnetic locks on the exterior doors with prop alarms for the safety of the residents. The rooms come equipped with a sink, two desks, two beds, two closets, two dressers, and a micro-fridge. The micro-fridge features a refrigerator, microwave, and freezer. Martin is located at the bottom of campus near the baseball facilities and is just a short walk to all major campus facilities.
