  • CHAMPIONS FOR CHRIST- A scholarship for students preparing for full time Christian service. Please visit their website for more info. Deadline: Fall Term- July 1, Spring Term-November 1, Summer-April 1
  • SC Baptist Convention Scholarship -The Executive Board of the South Carolina Baptist Convention offers two (2) types of scholarships for those seeking a church related vocation. The Church Related Vocational Scholarship (CRVS) is for undergraduate students and the Richard Furman scholarship is for seminary students seeking a masters or doctoral degree.   • CLIFF'S COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIP- Scholarship provided to students employed with Cliffs Community.  Please click on the link to obtain an application. Deadline: May 1st for Fall Semester, October 1st for Spring Semester.
  • SIRRINE SCHOLARSHIP – This scholarship is for Greenville County graduates. Sirrine Scholarships may be renewed for undergraduate work for a maximum of four years.  The criteria for receiving the Sirrine Scholarship are based on financial need and academic ability.  Scholarships range from $200 to $2,000 depending on the financial need.  The postmarked date for submitting applications and a copy of the Student Aid Report (SAR) is April 15th.   • BAPTIST FOUNDATION TRUSTEE SCHOLARSHIP-The Board of Trustees of the Baptist Foundation of South Carolina is offering a scholarship for undergraduate students (sophomore level and above) who are pursuing a degree towards a full-time Christian vocation.  Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and attend a South Carolina Southern Baptist Church.   • THE MUSIC CLUB OF GREENVILLE-Apply and audition for scholarship dollars provided by The Music Club of Greenville.  Must be a high school senior (Public, Private or Home Schooled) from a county where an active member of The Music Club of Greenville resides (Anderson County, Pickens County, Greenville County or Spartanburg County who plans to major in music or dance in a US college, university or conservatory.   • VERMONT GRANTS- Residents of Vermont may be eligible for a grants, scholarships, or loans through the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC). Please visit their website for more information

  • THE AMERICAN COUNCIL OF THE BLIND – Contact the Financial Aid Office for an application.
  • JOHN GYLES EDUCATION AWARD – for all areas of study. 3.0 or higher GPA, citizen of US or Canada in all areas of post secondary study.  May receive up to $3,000. Deadline for 2012-13: June 1, 2012
  • AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY – for cancer survivors under age 25. Contact them at 1-800 ACS-2345 or SA.College@cancer.org. Deadline is April 15th.
  • STEWART SPINKS FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP FUND @ NGU - Scholarship provided for the company employees and their immediate families.  May receive up to $3,000. To retain scholarship, student must maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA.  To apply for this scholarship, please see your immediate Spinxs supervisor.
  • CAMPUS DISCOVERY- Fill out an online survey for Campus Discovery and enter to win a $5,000 Scholarship! Visit their website for complete a list of rules and criteria. Deadline: January 31, 2012
  • AMERICAN LEGION SCHOLARSHIP FUND- Minimal Qualifications, any major can apply. Must have a relative who is a member of Post #3 (The Local Post). Please write and request an application to: American Legion Scholarship Fund Attention: Cecil Buchanan PO BOX 133 Greenville, SC 29602. This organization typically awards $150-$1000 per year. 
  • PALMETTO LAND TITLE ASSOCIATION- Awards two $1,000 scholarships to rising sophomores, juniors or seniors, who are enrolled in a four year South Carolina college or university and majoring in a business related field.  Other qualifications are required.  Please click on the link to find an application.   • Talbots Scholarship-In keeping with our tradition of serving the community, the Talbots Charitable Foundation is proud to offer its scholarship program to women pursuing a college degree later in life.   • “Focused on the Future” Scholarship Program-Do you or someone you know need money for college? Christian Community Credit Union’s “Focused on the Future” Scholarship Program is awarding $30,000 in scholarships! If you or a family member is not yet a member of Christian Community Credit Union, now's a good time to join. Maximum lifetime benefit is $2,000 per member.   • James F. Byrnes Scholarship- An excellent scholarship of $3250 per year & renewable each year. Available to SC residents students who have one or both parents deceased, demonstrate financial need, satisfactory academic record, excellence in character, and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.  Scholarship recipients are screened then those selected will be interviewed.  Application will be available by late November on their website.
