Physical Science Adjunct Faculty Positions
The Department of Physical Science at North Greenville University announces openings for adjunct faculty to present integrated physical science, conceptual physics and/or astronomy courses. An earned doctorate is preferred, but a candidate with a masters degree and at least 18 hours of graduate level physical sciences credit will be considered. Previous collegiate level teaching experience is preferred.

Math Adjunct Faculty Positions

Full-time Faculty in Graphic Art and Drawing
North Greenville University is seeking applicants for a full-time faculty position in the Art Department. The position requires the teaching of Graphic Art I and II, Typography and Drawing I and II. Other duties include arranging small gallery exhibitions and cultural event lectures. Applicants must have a strong understanding of the current Adobe Creative Suits and have the ability to prepare undergraduate students to enter into the graphic design marketplace. Applicants must have an M.F.A. or equivalent terminal degree. College level teaching experience in studio classes and a portfolio of student work is desirable.

Full-Time Faculty in Accounting
North Greenville University is currently accepting applications for a full-time position in Accounting at the Assistant/Associate Professor level beginning in August 2010. Qualifications: Earned Ph.D. in Accounting, Business or DBA with 18 hours of Accounting courses at the graduate level. Doctoral candidates who are ABD within one year of dissertation will be considered. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate classes, supervise full-time and adjunct faculty, work with curriculum development, advisement, student recruitment and retention, serve as the Accounting Internship coordinator, give service to the College, University and community. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills, demonstrated leadership, vision and collaborative skills.
