Student Body President
Justin Teal is a secondary math education major. Teal's favorite hobby is playing video games when he has free time. His goal as SGA president is to make student government better for future members. As a senior, his favorite thing about NGU are the students, which is why he feels blessed to be their representative to the administration!
Student Body Vice President
Kyle Meyers is a secondary education major who would like to teach High School in the future. Meyers' favorite hobby is watching soccer, especially FC Barcelona. He enjoys a good movie, books, and FIFA video games. The greatest thing about NGU is how accessible teachers and staff are to students, always willing to listen and help. His goal for SGA is to become student’s first stop when they have an issue or problem at the university. SGA representatives want to foster a community where students can contact them about their experiences and know that they will listen and work toward resolving it.
Katala Peterson is a sophomore English major. Grace plans on obtaining her Bachelor of Science and Nursing to solve the clean water crisis and rehabilitate child soldiers. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, reading, and writing. She loves the quiet and loving environment NGU offers. Student Government Association is one of her favorite parts of the school, and this year she is dedicated to cultivating efficient, strong, and kind communication within the NGU community.
Regan King is a sophomore Spanish education major. King's goal is to be a missionary in Spain. She loves to sing, and she adores North Greenville’s amazing faculty and staff.
Josh Malinowski is a double major with History and Political Science. Malinowski wants to become a collegiate professor. His favorite hobbies are learning the components of theology and philosophy. Here at NGU, his favorite thing is the people. The students and faculty are both incredible.
Senior Class President
Blake Patton is a senior youth ministry major. He wants to be a youth pastor in the future. This year his goal is to create a cultivating leadership initiative for NGU. Blake enjoys playing sports in his free time. His favorite part of North Greenville is the close friendships he has made.
Senior Class Vice President
Cody Pendarvis is an outgoing dual major: communications and education. He wants to be an elementary school teacher and work in children’s ministry. He loves to socialize in his free time. Cody’s favorite part of North Greenville is the people and the family environment.
Junior Class President
Adam Kelly is a digital media major here at NGU. His goal is to work with the school and make it a better environment for the students. Kelly's favorite hobbies are singing and photography. His favorite thing about NGU is the loving people. To him, they're not just people; they're family.
Junior Class Vice President
Journie Crenshaw is a junior broadcast media major who hopes to pursue a career as a news reporter. Crenshaw enjoys online shopping and binge-watching Netflix shows. What she loves most about the NGU family are the opportunities she gets through the mass communication department that prepare her for the media field.
Zion Mekhi"BJ" Dendy

Zion Mekhi “BJ” Dendy is a sophomore mass communication major. Dendy plans on pursuing a career in digital or broadcasting sports media. This year his goal is for North Greenville to develop a recycling program. In his spare time, Zion loves to drum. His favorite part of NGU is the family environment where he has found brothers and sisters in Christ.

Jarred LaVance Miller is a sophomore music education major. Miller is focusing on developing a recycling program for NGU. In his spare time, he loves to write music. Jarred’s favorite part of NGU is the learning environment and caring professors.
Mary Margaret Ellison
Freshman Class President
Mary Margaret Ellison is a freshman broadcast media major. Ellison's goal is to strive to be more like Christ every day. As the Freshman Class President, Ellison wants to get the freshmen class involved in on-site events. She wants to make these students a family. Her favorite thing about NGU is the prayer chapel. When she is in need of alone time and needs to talk to God, that is always where she ends up.
Shianne Grace Parsons
Freshman Class Vice President
Shianne Grace Parsons is a freshman youth ministry major. Parsons’ life goal is to show people, youth particularly that their worth is not a world given thing, but a Christ given thing, that being done fully by God’s use of me. Parsons' favorite hobby is outdoor adventuring so she can expose herself to all of the beauty God gives through His creation. Her goal for SGA is to really establish a family/community within the freshmen class and NGU as a whole. Her favorite thing about NGU is the love of Christ that radiates everywhere and the knowing of His presence here on campus.

Mallory Baxley is a freshman biology major. Baxley plans to be a certified registered nurse anesthetist. This year she is working as a partner of our social media team. She enjoys cheerleading for the university. Her favorite thing about NGU is the strong sense of family in a small Christian campus.

Meghan Santos is a freshman marketing major. Santos enjoys anything outdoors. Her life goal is to lead as many people to Christ as she can. Her personal goal this year is to make the student body feel comfortable about being on campus in every way. Her favorite thing about NGU is the opportunity to share her faith and love toward God openly.
Stuart has been serving as the Director of Career Planning since 2016. He graduated from North Greenville University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and a concentration in American Studies. Stuart is currently pursuing an M.B.A. from NGU’s T. Walter Brashier Graduate School in Greer, SC. Additionally, Stuart serves as the Assistant Men’s Housing Director and resides on campus. In his spare time, Stuart enjoys spending time developing student leaders, cheering on the Crusader sports teams, and playing disc golf.
