Vice President for Student Services
Rachael Russiaky serves as Vice President for Student Services. She earned her bachelorís degree in organizational leadership at Trinity International University. Russiaky joined NGU in February 2019. She has served within higher education administration for over 16 years working with various college campuses, both as an employee and as a consultant. Rachael is passionate about improving systems and processes to improve the student experience. The community weíre building at NGU is one where people feel known; they feel that theyíre seen and heard. And thatís the type of culture she is excited to create within Student Services as well. She and her husband, John, enjoy hiking, traveling, and playing with their dog Fitz Wallace.

Sarah works as an NGU Central Associate within Student Services. She has an Associates in Activity Directing for senior citizens, and has served as an Activity Director, caregiver and a variety of diverse customer service opportunities.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her daughter Moya and husband Jeremy (who works in the IT department at North Greenville), serving in music and womenís ministry at her church, as well as writing encouraging posts for her ministry blog.

Pamela Bright serves as the records assistant of
Student Services at NGU. She attended Gaston College in Dallas, North
Carolina. Bright began work at NGU in January of 2015 as the registrarís
receptionist, and since then has taken on a bigger part in the Academic Records
team. Ministering to students is her passion. She and her family enjoy
spending time at the lake and camping.

Mary Katherine Capell
Financial Aid Counselor
Mary Katherine Capell serves as a financial aid counselor at NGU. She earned her bachelorís degree in business at Anderson University. Since she joined the NGU family in April 2017, Mary Katherine has served students and their families by educating and guiding them in their journey to secure financial aid. She is dedicated to supporting students and their families with a joyful and compassionate spirit, always willing to listen and to offer encouragement as students navigate their college experience. In her free time, she enjoys photography, playing the piano, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Courtney Cochran serves as a financial aid assistant at NGU. She earned her bachelorís degree from North Greenville University. Cochran first joined NGU in 2015 as a financial aid counselor. She enjoys working with students and their families. She enjoys hanging out with her family and studying scripture.
AR Module Manager and Data Analyst for Student Accounts
Vanessa Coley serves as AR Module Manager and Data Analyst for Student Accounts at NGU. She attended North Greenville and Western Carolina University. Coley first joined NGU in 2014 and has served in numerous roles in Student Accounts since that time. She is a native resident of Tigerville and has two daughters, Chasie and Clancey. She is an enthusiastic member of the Athletic Booster Club at Blue Ridge High School and enjoys volunteering in her free time. She loves attending NGU athletic events and is an avid NGU Baseball and Volleyball fan. Go, Crusaders! #SwordsUp #ForTheVille.

Angel Covington serves as the transcript analyst for Student Services at NGU. She earned a bachelorís degree at the University of South Carolina before joining NGU in 2007. She enjoys serving students and helping them make the transition into college life. Married with two children, she spends her time away from campus traveling and reading good books.

Work-Study Coordinator and Financial Aid Counselor
Kathy joined our team in August 2019. Through her work as Work-Study Coordinator and Financial Aid Counselor, she can assist students and managers within our NGU family. She has worked in financial aid for over ten years at places like Furman University and served as a manager for a company that handled Title IV financial aid for a multitude of colleges and schools, both domestic and foreign. Originally from Columbus, Mississippi, she now calls Greenville home. She and her husband, Charlie, who served in the US Army Special Forces, spent his last years of active duty in the pacific northwest. They have three children and three grandchildren. Her passion revolves around special needs as their middle child blesses the family regularly with the adventures of Autism.

Pam Farmer serves as Registrar at NGU. She earned her associate degree at North Greenville University, her bachelorís in business at Carson-Newman University, and her masterís in human resource development at Clemson University. Farmer joined NGU in 1997 as an administrative assistant in admissions and moved to the position of registrar in 1998. Pam enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for other organizations across the state.

Robin McCarter, MBA
Robin McCarter serves as the NGUcentral manager at North Greenville University. She earned her associate degree at North Greenville, her bachelorís in business administration at Limestone College, and her masterís in business administration with a concentration in finance from North Greenville University. McCarter first joined NGU in 2008 as an admissions receptionist; she has served in many areas including, the Business Office, Christian Worldview, and College of Business as an adjunct faculty member. With a motivation to assist students, Robin can not only help students meet their academic goals and financial needs but also spiritual needs, through opportunities to pray and witness to students.

Rolland Nall, MBA '20
Financial Aid Counselor
Rolland serves as a financial aid Counselor at NGU. Rolland joined the Financial Aid team in 2018 after spending two years as a work-study for the office as a student. He earned his bachelorís degree in accounting from North Greenville in 2018 and will finish the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the T. Walter Brashier Graduate School in 2020. Rolland enjoys spending his off-time watching sports, playing video games, and hanging out with friends. Deborah O'Gwynn, M.A.
Director of Student Accounts
Deborah OíGwynn serves as director of Student Accounts at NGU. She earned her bachelorís degree in business administration from Carson-Newman University and her Master of Arts in religious education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. OíGwynn joined NGU in May of 2018 as Business Office Manager and was promoted to director of Student Accounts in June of 2019. She has served in varied roles at universities for more than 25 years. Working with students to help them achieve their goal of a college degree is meaningful to her. She and her husband are members at Locust Hill Baptist Church. They enjoy traveling, attending sports events, and viewing the beautiful mountain scenery in the Upstate of South Carolina.

Interim Director of Financial Aid
Cindi Patterson serves as the Interim Director of Financial Aid. She first joined NGU in 2017 as a Financial Aid Analyst and Module Manager. She came to us with 15+ yearsí experience as a business process manager, certified compliance regulatory manager, and information technology manager in the banking industry.
Patterson is married with three children. She is excited to be a part of the new ďNGUcentralĒ structure, where she can assist students and share her love for Christ with students.

Tawana Scott, MBA, Ed.D.
Associate Vice President
Tawana Scott serves as the associate vice president for Adult and Graduate Academic Services at the Tim Brashier Campus in Greer. She earned her associate degree at North Greenville Junior College, her bachelorís degree from The University of Georgia, her masterís degree from North Greenville University, and her doctoral degree in higher education leadership from Union University. She first joined North Greenville as the graduate admissions counselor in 2006. She has a passion for serving our Lord through serving faculty, staff, and students at NGU, which she sees as her vocational call. She has deep ties and passion for North Greenville, as three generations of her family are now graduates from the school, beginning with her father and ending with two of her sons. She most enjoys spending time with family, her husband, four sons, daughter-in-law, and two grandsons.

Keli Sewell, M.A.
Senior Director of Student Services
Keli Sewell serves as the senior director of Student Services at NGU. She earned her associate degree at North Greenville, her Bachelor of Arts in biology at Carson-Newman University, and her masterís in human resource development at Webster University. Keli first joined NGU in 1993 as an admissions counselor; she has served in numerous roles since that time. With a deep passion to serve students, she is able to minister to them by assisting with their educational needs, supporting their endeavors, or just being a listening ear. She and her husband enjoy attending NGU athletic events, hiking, and cycling.

Senior Financial Aid Counselor
Mindi joined the NGU family in April of 2017. She attended Greenville Technical College prior to spending much of her career in the financial services industry. For nearly 25 years, she worked for Greer State Bank in her hometown. As senior financial aid counselor, she oversees verification of federal aid and serves as the primary point of contact for our Tim Brashier Campus students. She and her husband, Jeff, have one daughter. Mindi most enjoys the opportunity to interact with NGU students and build relationships with them. When she isnít working, she loves spending time with her family and can be found cheering on her nieces at high school sporting events or riding a motorcycle with her husband.

Student Accounts Refund Specialist
Angela serves as the Student Accounts refund specialist at NGU. She attended Erskine College and Furman University. Angela joined NGU in December of 2018. She loves the Lord with all her heart and believes in the power of prayer. She desires to make a difference in the lives of students. Angela is married to Dave, who is a worship leader and minister of pastoral care at Mt. Airy Baptist Church in Easley. She homeschooled her three children; Anna, Joshua, and Jaden. Angela serves at her church as a soloist, praise team member, and choir member. She enjoys going on mission trips and sharing Godís love.

Student Accounts Representative
Waldrop serves as a Student Accounts Representative, where she
processes government funds for NGU students. She assists in answering
questions, researching issues, and helps resolve problems regarding our
studentís financial standing. She attended Greenville Tech and received
an accounting associate degree with honors. Autumn is a native of the
Blue Ridge Community and has been married to Jacob Waldrop for three
years. She truly believes with God; all things are possible. She enjoys
playing the piano, thrift shopping, and spending time with her husband.

Tina Wells serves as the assistant registrar at NGU. She earned a bachelorís degree in administrative management from Clemson University. Wells first joined NGU as human Resource Manager in 2004. With a desire to serve students, she moved to Academic Records in 2007, where her main role is managing the progression and graduation eligibility of students. She and her husband, Tim, enjoy attending athletic events, traveling, spending time with family and movies.
