Federal Financial Aid

Summer Pell eligibility is available for those that qualify. A student may also utilize any remaining Direct Student Loan eligibility not used during the 2019-2020 school year.

If a student does not have any remaining Direct Loan or Pell eligibility, or if their remaining eligibility does not cover their summer costs, we then recommend considering a Private/Alternative Loan and/or a Parent PLUS Loan

State Financial Aid

Qualified residents of South Carolina who met their LIFE, HOPE, or Palmetto Fellows renewal requirements as of the end of the Spring 2020 semester may qualify for a summer disbursement of LIFE or Palmetto Fellows.
