What should I wear?
You will be interviewing with current faculty and professionals, so business attire is recommended for the weekend.
How should I prepare?
A good nightís sleep and a healthy breakfast are a great place to start. In addition, we encourage you to be yourself. Be prepared to discuss your passions, achievements, and future goals.
Can I bring guests?
Each student may bring two guests, such as a parent or guardian. There will be a special session for guests following dinner on Friday evening.
Do I have to be present to participate?
Students must be present on campus for the weekend in order to participate.
When will I be notified of my scholarship results?
You can expect to receive notification from the weekend event within two weeks. You will receive notification via a mailed letter.
Does this scholarship stack on top of the one Iíve already received from NGU?
No, this scholarship will replace any merit scholarship offer you have already received from NGU.
Are these scholarship offers binding?
No, however, included in the official notification is an agreement for you to return, letting us know if you intend to accept or decline your scholarship offer. This will be due by March 30, 2021.
Where can I stay?
Students will be provided housing on campus with a host student to experience residence life at NGU. Please include items such as bed linens, towel, toiletries, etc when packing for your overnight stay. We have a list of recommended hotels for guests.
