    2019 – Present | AVP of Student Engagement | North Greenville University

    • Lead the organizational unit that oversees residence life, student activities, student accountability, career planning, student health, and student counseling
    • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 8 full-time staff members
    • Manage a large operational budget and approve all area financial decisions
    • Help lead the development and enactment of the mission and vision for the Department of Campus Ministries and Student Engagement
    • Serve as an “officer with authority” for NGU’s Title IX oversight
    • Helped in the development of NGUleads (a leadership development program at NGU) and was part of the first cohort to graduate from the program
    • Serve on multiple standing committees

    • Served as the operational and technological leader in the area
    • Helped guide the department to a paperless business process
    • Led the department in developing a new management system and served as an IT module manager for the Jenzabar SIS project

    • Responded to all helpdesk tickets in relation to the online learning systems in NOBTS’s network
    • Trained all faculty members in the best practices of online educational practices

    • Manage a team of two full-time mental health professionals
    • Provide clinical guidance and set goals for the counseling center
    • Provide individual counseling as part of the counseling center’s services when time permits
    • Remain on call for all NGU crisis intervention and suicidality assessment needs

    2013 – 2014 | Paid Counselor Intern | New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary

    • Provided counseling services to the currently enrolled students at NOBTS
    • Provided individual and group supervision to master level students while a Ph.D. resident

    2013 – 2014 |Paid Counselor Intern | I Found Hope Counseling, LLC

    • Provided individual and marital counseling services in a church-based counseling center
    • Helped train a group of lay counselors for Williams Boulevard Baptist Church

    2013 – 2014 | Paid Counselor Intern | Celebration Hope Center

    • Provided individual, marital, and supervision services
    • Served as a contract therapist for Jefferson Parish Juvenile Services and worked directly with juvenile sexual offenders, their families, and their victims
