2019 – Present | AVP of Student Engagement | North Greenville University
- Lead the organizational unit that oversees residence life, student activities, student accountability, career planning, student health, and student counseling
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of 8 full-time staff members
- Manage a large operational budget and approve all area financial decisions
- Help lead the development and enactment of the mission and vision for the Department of Campus Ministries and Student Engagement
- Serve as an “officer with authority” for NGU’s Title IX oversight
- Helped in the development of NGUleads (a leadership development program at NGU) and was part of the first cohort to graduate from the program
- Serve on multiple standing committees
