Each year, NGU theatre students produce four main stage productions (including a musical). Explore your passion onstage and backstage as an actor, set designer, prop/wardrobe master, and more.

Black Box Theatre
All theatre productions take center stage at NGU’s 250-seat black box Billingsley Theatre. Experience the thrill of engaging your audience in an intimate setting you have to see to believe.

Explore Your Passion for the Performing Arts

Explore storytelling through the academic discipline of live theatre. A wide array of industries rely on creative and performance skills such as teamwork, creative initiative, public speaking and empathy. Explore your talent and work with other students and professors. Get involved in many local theatre opportunities, including Warehouse Theatre, Centre Stage, Greenville Theatre, and the South Carolina Children’s Theatre. Join our casts and crew and explore your creativity in the Billingsley Theatre here in Tigerville. Begin your theatre career with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from North Greenville University.

Interested in being part of a ministry group? Learn more about Act II here, our drama ministry troupe that performs on campus, at churches, and local community groups. All students may audition to join.
