Donnan/COBE Project: June 2023

Benefitting from the pleasant June weather conditions, construction crews made significant headway in the exterior work of the Donnan/COBE project. The building’s outer shell will soon be enclosed using a combination of glass and brick materials. By doubling the amount of exterior glass to 4,700 square feet, the building will welcome abundant natural light, fostering an enhanced learning environment and promoting the mental well-being of those inside. The interior framing is nearly finished, with walls constructed and electrical and communication wiring in place.
