Start at the Right Pace. We make getting to speed from high school to college a confidence-boosting experience. We offer courses to develop proficiency in math, reading, and writing. Our expert transition team uses SAT/ACT tests, placement exams, and writing samples to give you a first-semester, best-semester class schedule.

Conquer Tough Subjects

Introduction to Math

The course includes the development of proficiency in areas involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.

Intermediate Algebra

This course is a review of algebraic and other prerequisite skills needed for success in college-level mathematics. Selected topics include: number systems, algebraic expressions, linear equations and inequalities, graphs of linear equations and their applications, polynomials, quadratic equations, and rational expressions.

Reading Fundamentals

This course emphasizes strategies for active reading and incorporates reader response to facilitate successful transfer to other academic disciplines.

Basic Writing

A course in standard usage, writing mechanics and conventions, and effective writing style. The study of usage, mechanics, conventions, and style is applied by the student to short writing assignments, beginning the term with the paragraph and ending it with essays.
