Welcome from the President
Dear Friends of NGU:
Ladies, do you know there is an organization at North Greenville University designed just for you to fellowship and be in service to the Lord with your particular gifts?
I invite you to enjoy the blessings of being a part of the NGU community through Auxilio, an opportunity to serve with the particular gifts God has given you. Are you a baker? Then you may want to provide a birthday celebration cake for a student who is experiencing a first birthday away from home. Are you an organizer? Auxilio is committed to involvement in various campus events, such as Homecoming. Perhaps your gift involves helping supply students with special needs, such as supplies or other financial needs.
Come and enjoy the fellowship of a luncheon or brunch with women three times yearly as we share and inspire one another. Come be an NGU woman in action!
The annual fee to become a member is $30. If you would like more information or want to register to join this organization, click the contact information below.
Birthday Cake for First-Year Students
Parents of students who are not at home for their birthday during their first year of college can rest a little easier that a fresh, home-baked dessert can be ordered and delivered to the student on their birthday.
Auxilio (formerly Women’s Auxiliary Board) was established in 2002 to promote the interests of North Greenville University to its members, guests, faculty, and students. The organization serves to support and promote the programs of NGU, in creating and developing awareness and goodwill in the general public, and in channeling goodwill into active support of the university.
The organization is dedicated to aiding and supporting the university in its quest to afford every student a quality biblical education at a Christ-first institution. Auxilio strives to increase friends, funds, and enrollment for the university.
We encourage new and regular members of Auxilio to get involved.
Ministries We Serve
When the Women’s Auxiliary Board, now Auxilio, first began in 2002, meeting the needs of students has always been at the heart of its existence. Even if we were doing projects to beautify the campus, it was always for the sake of students.
A new prayer partnership ministry with our members and female students will launch for the 2017-2018 school year. Once assigned a student, the prayer partner will, at a minimum, make a phone call to the student, send a note of encouragement or birthday card, and/or share a cup of coffee with her. We are not asking for a huge time commitment or financial commitment. We just would love to give you an opportunity to invest into the life of one of our young ladies.
Many NGU students on campus have a need for personal items, school supplies, snacks, and medicine. Auxilio donates items to help provide these needs.
Lots of our Auxilio members have a gift for interior design, gardening, and decorating. A ministry of Auxilio is to help improve and beautify the facilities of the university.
The NGU Baptist Collegiate Ministry hosts a weekly luncheon for all commuter students. Auxilio serves for two of these luncheons annually.
