Donnan/COBE Project: May 2023

May progress included structural engineering work with the addition of support beams in preparation for the new interior layout. Concrete is replaced as part of the plumbing rough-in process. The installation of high efficiency HVAC equipment and ductwork continued as mechanical upgrades will provide year-round comfort along with energy savings. Drone footage provides an overhead view of the construction site.
