Interior walls are removed which creates a blank slate for construction crews to begin making designs on paper become a reality. The interior design includes 2,600 square feet of glass which will contribute to the modern space that will feel warm and inviting. Exterior doors, windows, and brick are removed to make way for approximately 4,700 square feet of exterior glass. The exterior of the building will consist of 42% glass and 58% brick.
