In September, construction crews continued their remarkable progress in transforming the 19,000-square-foot building, achieving significant milestones on both the exterior and interior.

Exterior

  1. HVAC Units Installed: The installation of HVAC units was successfully completed, ensuring optimal climate control within the building for the comfort of our students, faculty, staff, administration, and guests.
  2. Jewel Box (Main Entrance) Roof Framing Installed: The Jewel Box framing for the main entrance took shape, adding a distinctive architectural feature that will serve as a focal point of the building’s exterior.
  3. Exterior Finishes Installed: The exterior finishes, including the final touches on the brickwork and façade, were installed, enhancing the building’s aesthetic appeal and durability.
  4. 2nd Floor Balconies Constructed: The second-floor balconies were constructed, providing future users with open spaces to enjoy the surrounding campus and mountain views.

Interior

  1. Drywall and Painting: Substantial progress was made in the interior spaces with the installation of drywall and the application of fresh coats of paint.
  2. Interior Door Framing: Framing for interior doors was installed, laying the foundation for a well-structured and functional layout.
  3. Bathroom Tiles: The installation of bathroom tiles began, bringing us closer to the completion of the new restroom facilities.
  4. Drop Ceiling Installed: Drop ceilings were successfully installed, improving the acoustics and overall ambiance of the interior spaces.
  5. Lights & HVAC Venting Installed: The installation of lighting fixtures and HVAC venting was completed, ensuring that the building will be well-lit and efficiently climate-controlled.

Throughout September, construction crews continued to work diligently, bringing us closer to the completion of this transformative project. With each accomplishment, the building’s potential as a vibrant hub for our community becomes more apparent, and we look forward to the continued progress in the coming months.
