The Information Technology Services (ITS) Help Desk can assist with software installations, virus removal, and minor hardware repairs. To request support:
- Submit a support ticket through the Trailblazer Help Desk.
- Send us an email from your NGU email account.
During weekdays (Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am-12:00 pm), you can also:

Important Information
- Appointment Schedule: Appointments for support are available starting the second Monday after the start of the semester. Please schedule an appointment in advance by emailing your request to its.helpdesk@ngu.edu.
- Mobile Device Support: Regrettably, we currently do not offer support services for mobile devices. Our team is available to assist with other technology-related issues.
- After-Hours Support: For after-hours support, if you reside on campus, kindly inform your Resident Assistant about the technical issue you are facing. They will guide you on the appropriate course of action.
