Transformational Spiritual Leadership Begins Here

Effective leadership in ministry and society doesn’t have to be complicated. You want to glorify God as you follow Christ and lead others to do the same. Where do you start?

The Master of Arts in Leadership with a spiritual formation concentration is part of our Institute for Faith and Culture and will prepare you to lead through coursework that engages the best insights from leadership studies from a biblical worldview. Program themes include the biblical foundations of leadership, the importance of personal leadership, and leading across generations and cultures.

Bring classroom learning to life through Impact 360’s Residency Program. Explore the biblical foundations of spiritual formation while examining leadership, personal development, communication, and more from a Christian worldview. Experience the impact of disciples making disciples across generational and cultural divides.

This degree emphasizes personal and ethical growth, preparing you to contribute to organizations that prioritize holistic leadership and development.
