Manage Public Perception

Strategic management of public perception is an important part of any organization or business. At NGU, you’ll develop proficiencies in copywriting, branding, public speaking, press releases, media relations, social media, and more. Develop foundations in theoretical and ethical approaches, and build foundations in organizational and persuasive interactions. Integrate communication theory with real-life applications and media channels, including our Aurora Agency and Vision Online, our online-based, student-led journalism outlet.

This concentration gives you a number of career opportunities, including professional roles such as a PR specialist, media relations manager, or communications coordinator for nonprofits, businesses, or government organizations.
