The Unit Residence Halls consist of a singular free-standing facility completed in 1982.

This residence hall has a capacity of twenty-four students. This hall has two stories and a large furnished common area in both the upstairs and the downstairs.

This facility is named “Unit A” and is centrally located on campus adjacent to Bruce Hall. The rooms in this residence hall are suite-style, with two rooms adjoined by a shared bathroom. The Units have large rooms with all built-in furniture built.

The room’s floor is 15 x 8 feet and has extra-long mattresses and blinds that measure 35 inches. Each suite has a bathroom made up of two rooms: one for the sinks and one for the shower.

The rooms come equipped with a sink, two desks, two beds, two closets, and two dressers. This residence hall is also located next to the largest laundry facility on campus.
