The Units Residence Halls consist of six free-standing facilities, completed in 1982. Each of these residence halls has a capacity to house twenty-four students.

The rooms in this residence hall are suite-style, with a shared bathroom joining two rooms. Each two-story unit has two large furnished common areas – one upstairs and one downstairs. These facilities are lettered B-G and are centrally located on campus adjacent to Bruce Hall.

The Units have large rooms with built-in furniture. The room’s floor space is 15′ x 8′ and has extra-long mattresses and 35″ blinds. Each suite has a bathroom made up of two rooms: one for the sinks and one for the shower. The rooms come equipped with a sink, two desks, two beds, two closets, and two dressers. These residence halls are also located next to the largest laundry facility on campus.
