Academic Year 2025-2026

Verification Forms

Approximately one third of all FAFSAs are selected for verification by the U.S. Department of Education. This means the University must “verify” the FAFSA was completed correctly. We will notify you by email (email address submitted to FAFSA) if you are selected.

Identity Forms

Various aid programs require confirmation of your identity, residency, citizenship, etc.

General Forms

What if you want to apply your aid to summer school? Graduate early? Explain your academic progress? There’s probably a form for that.
